Account help
I can’t sign in
Request a password reset using the email you registered with. Check your spam folder if the message hasn’t arrived. Reset links expire after 30 minutes and work once.
Verify my email
New accounts receive a verification link. You can request another from Account security. Verification links expire after 24 hours. You can still use your private library while verification is pending.
Import, export or delete my data
Import & export explains supported imports and lets you download your records. Account deletion is available in Settings. Export anything you want to keep before deleting your account.
Films & viewing options
Search for a title even if it isn’t on a discovery shelf. FilmStash looks up films and series through TMDB; poster art and metadata depend on the provider’s coverage. Watching options vary by country and can change, so check the provider before paying.
If a title is missing or the information looks wrong, send us its title, year and FilmStash link if available.
Community support
Use the report control on a profile, review, list, discussion or comment to flag a concern. You can also contact support with a link to the content. Read our community guidelines.
