Choose a FilmStash challenge or one made by the community. Check the lineup, then start comparing pairs: pick the film you prefer and work towards your final order. Haven’t seen a contender? Exclude it instead of guessing.
You can also build your own lineup. Rank a franchise, compare favourite soundtracks or decide which films moved you most. The question gives the ranking its purpose.
Keep your ranking, or start a conversation
A finished Face-Off becomes a labelled ranked list in Your FilmStash. You decide whether to share it. Public results link back to the challenge, where people can compare their orders and discuss why a film deserves the top spot.
Eligible complete, public rankings from verified members contribute to the challenge’s community order. Each member contributes one current result; private games and incomplete lineups don’t count towards that tally.
A ranking isn’t a rating
Your Face-Off order answers a specific question about a set of films. Your 1–10 ticket rating records how you rate an individual title. Ordinary lists can stay unranked: a weekend watchlist doesn’t need a winner.
