The Matrix

Sample review · The Matrix gets enormous mileage from a clear visual idea and then actually commits to it. The philosophical questions are broad, but the filmmaking makes them physical. Still an unusually satisfying mix of concept and movement. A memorable setting can sell me on almost anything.
