A young art student accidentally discovers that there is a secret committee consisting of four women and twelve men in the attic of the National Museum. They decide what constitutes good art and which artists will be successful. The committee consists of museum directors, art school principals, a media personality, a famous artist, art critics, and a gallery owner.
