# The story follows Khalid Aziz, the son of a nasi kandar restaurant owner named Ali Khan. Khalid returns to Malaysia during Ramadan after completing his studies abroad. Khalid hopes to rest from concerns about marriage, which his mother Normala keeps pressuring him about by wanting to arrange his marriage with his own cousin. Normala also urges her only son to work under his uncle's company as an accountant, in line with Khalid's academic qualifications.
