Zaira and Dr Rudi are a married couple who have been unable to have children. Zaira has a dark past with her younger sister who disappeared 20 years ago. One day, the psychiatric hospital owned by Dr Rudi receives a psychiatric patient named Hani who was found by the police along with the dead body of Hani's husband and her starving baby.
