All information reaches us through wet tubes laying at the bottom of the ocean. During the period of two years, I visited specific landing sites of the Estlink1 optic fiber cable in Estonia and Finland. Here the cable comes ashore, at these points it delivers and transmits almost everything; from love letters to election results. These places are known to be critical sites and targets for sabotage.
