A judge has confiscated the phone of Pedro, a 17-year-old teenager, for recording the beating of another young man from his high school with his cell phone and distributing it on social media. His motivation for doing so was powerful. Or at least that's how he sees it. The "victim" is a high school bully who had the school in fear. Pedro believes he has done justice.
