Debora Weston

Debora Weston (born 12 May 1958, United States) is an American actress and voice actor based in the United Kingdom. She trained at Yale University (BA in Theatre, 1976–1980) and the Central School of Speech and Drama in London. Her most notable film roles include Nightbreed (1990), Patriot Games (1992), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005), Creep (2004), and The Conjuring 2 (2016). She has also appeared in The Roads Not Taken (2020) and Jay Kelly (2025), and has a long-running television career in British series such as The City and the City and The Castaways. In theatre she has performed extensively on the London stage, including at the Wyndham's Theatre, Royal Court Theatre, Bush Theatre, and Almeida Theatre. In addition to acting, Weston is the CEO of Professionally Speaking, a London-based executive communication and leadership training company she founded in 1997, where she draws on her theatre, voice, and psychology background to coach senior executives.
